About the PDF Rotation Tool
Sideways or upside-down pages are the classic result of feeding paper into a scanner the wrong way round. Most PDF readers let you rotate the view temporarily, but that is only a display setting — reopen the file elsewhere and it is sideways again, and it will print sideways too.
Rotating the pages properly writes the orientation into the document itself, so it is correct everywhere and permanently. This tool uses pdf-lib to modify the page rotation attribute in your browser. Nothing is uploaded, and because it changes an attribute rather than re-rendering content, there is no quality loss at all.
