What to Include

Reporting a bug

Please tell us which tool was involved, which browser and version you are using, what you expected to happen, and what actually happened. A screenshot of any error message helps a great deal. Please do not attach the file that failed — we cannot accept user files, and we would rather you kept them private.

Suggesting a tool

Describe what you need to convert and what you are trying to accomplish. We prioritise tools that can run fully client-side, since that is the whole premise of the site.

Advertising and partnerships

Send details of your proposal to the same address with "Partnership" in the subject line.

What We Cannot Help With

We have no access to your files at any point, so we cannot recover a conversion you have lost, retrieve a document, or tell you what a file contained. Everything happens on your device and nothing is stored on ours.
